Our orders, while created and designed by A DAY OF PRAYER, are fulfilled by third party organizations. All orders will be fulfilled and shipped according to their policies.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at the A DAY OF PRAYER Merch Shop. If your products arrive damaged or are the wrong size/item, etc.; we will happily refund or exchange your purchase for a product of equal value if contacted within 30 days of shipping delivery, and items are returned in an unused, unworn, and new condition.
To begin the refund or exchange process: Please email ministry@adayofprayer.org with "Exchange" or "Refund" in the subject line. Provide information regarding the reason for refund or exchange and photos of the damaged or wrong item(s) within the email body. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
